| Capt. Allen Moudy grew up in PA. but often vacationed in Fl. while growing up. He fished from Key West north and came to love this area. When the opportunity arose and his parents bought the Flamingo business early 1970 he didn't hesitate to move south. He is a 2nd. generation fishing captain. Allen has fished all the Bahamas Islands and as far south as Bonaire. He has contributed to several articles written in Sport Fishing, the magazine of salt water fishing. He keeps the vessels in tip top shape, pilots the sport fishing charters aboard Quiet Squaw and also the Flamingo when the regular sch. captains are off. |

| Capt. Allen favorite recipe is fish or conch seviche. This is firm
white fish (or conch) cut into small pieces. Squeeze fresh lime juice
to cover and allow to marinate for 1/2 hour. Add minced onion, chopped
tomatoe, hot peppers to taste, and chopped cilantro. Serve with water
crackers. |
